I don’t get the sizes on this pattern. “17, 18, 19, 20, 21”? The only sizes listed as such in the size chart are girls.

They are petite sizes or in my case for shorter stature body types. They are as follows 17 being like a 34, 18 a 36, 19 is 38 and 20 will be a size 40. I hope that explains it a little better for you.
