Made from African waxed/gloss cotton in dark eggplant with cream ikat pattern and coral linen hand made bias edging detail.
Pattern called for light weight blouse fabric and purchased bias tape. I made my own bias tape with a ruler. My fabric was stiffer but still light weight – it had a bit of body which is great for hiding figure flaws – no more muffin top!
Great Summer look with jeans, platform espadrille wedges & a gold charm bracelet . Also looks great with white jeans and strappy heels.
waxed African cotton, coral linen blend – Fabrics purchased Vogue Fabrics, Evanston, IL several years ago.
