I made these shorts for my boyfriend with a relatively thick, blue linen fabric and grey topstitching.
As my boyfriend wanted wide and airy shorts, he asked me to make them in one size bigger and lenghten the legs (I did so by 10cm). Unfortunately the shorts are way too big for him now so I’m gonna have to add belt loops which is a shame cause it’s going to hide the topstiching.
I added a button instead of the snap fastener and velcro.
Next time I’m going to make these in the correct size and cut the length to an extra 5cm instead of 10.
