It was hard to find high-waisted pants that fit both my waist and hip…so I made these using Burda’s Bella pants pattern. I cuffed them so I can wear them with flats.
The shirt was quick to make, and turned out really nice. I want to make it in evey color! :)
The shirt is based on “09/2011 Sleeveless Blouse #128”
The pants are based on “Bella Pants”

Hi! I´m planning to do the bella pants it looks perfect on you and but I have doubts with the size, on the burda size table says that a 36 is 90cm for the hips and 66 the waist, but in the patern I printed at home says that a 36 has 94 cm for the hip. Do you know what is the real size. I usually use the 36 when i make burda patterns but in this case I don´t know what to do.Could you help me? Sorry about my english I hope you understood my doubt.

Hi:)
I also usually use 36 on Burda patterns, then I also had doubts about this pattern’s sizing, so I used 38 for the hip and 36 for the waist part. but I ended up taking in a lot in the center back seam. so I would recommend using 36 if you usually use 36, then add big seam allowance (like 1") to side seams to be safe.
I hope that helps!.

What size did you make? I believe the smallest size on the pattern is 36? Is that what you used? Thanks.

I combined 36 waist and 38 hip, then took in a lot in the back. I would use bigger size when in doubt since taking it in is much easier than making the whole thing bigger.. hope that helps :)

Lovely top and pants. I have made the pants before but unfortunately they don’t fit me now but I have been looking at the blouse and I think you have sold me on it. Hopefully it will look good in a bias stripe black, white and red silk/cotton.
