This is my first attempt at a blouse with buttons and a collar… The pattern was rated “easy”, but I found the collar tricky. I’m not a novice, but not a pro, either…
Material Notes
I recently moved to the textile district in Vienna and keep buying fabrics I walk by. This one is really light, I bought it for 2 Euros, no material information on it... Then I tried to find a pattern I could make with it... So it's the other way around than normally.The other fabrics are also from my stock. I find the things usually turn out more interesting than if I buy stuff specifically for a project. Sometimes I have to really improvise, but it's very satisfying when it turns out nice...

Finde es sehr gelungen mit der Tüllspitze am Ärmel und dem Kragen bzw. der Blende aus Satin… und die Knöpfe… . Ach – ist einfach insgesamt richtig hübsch. :)

Die Bluse ist wunderhübsch, der Stoff ist toll! Schade dass Wien so weit weg ist, so einen Stoffbezirk könnten wir hier auch gebrauchen.

Lovely Polly, schön, jemand aus Wien! Bin vor Kurzem in den 16. umgezogen und hab irgendwo gelesen, dass das der Textil Bezirk sei… Fand ich gut und hab’s gleich übernommen. Wie “offiziell” das ist, weiss ich nicht… Rings um den Brunnenmarkt und die Neulerchenfelder hoch gibt’s einiges zu entdecken…
