A classically cut shirt with a collar on a band, bust darts, and a straight hem. This pattern is also known as Emily and is available from this website. I have made several examples of it, although I have now moved on to other patterns. It looked like a tight fit so I made a size larger than my usual size and found the result a good fit. The sleeves seemed long – even without the extra long design effect.
Japanese silk. Liberty of London Tana lawn.
