Variation A of Burda 7135 – a tailored jacket made from cotton African wax print.
Notched lapel collar, welt pockets.
Very flattering cut.
My first blazer – quite a challenging project. Collar & lapels look quite sloppy even after unpicking all of the pieces and re-sewing them a second time.
Hopefully my next jacket will benefit from my trials and tribulations with this one (such as melting the lining while ironing the cuff)!
