Antrim, Co Antri...
My daughter needed a new dress for her boyfriends 21st to.day.They where of to a lovely restaurant in belfast, well i got the picture of a dress she liked sent a while back so she asked for that, (lots of please mums went on lol)then i let her pick the fabric out of my stash, kelsey choose a beautiful coral jersey with a bit if lycra. I only had 2 metres so it was lined in a leftover piece of red fabric. I used this burda pattern as a base but i altered it quite a lot Instead of shoulder gathers front and back i pleated the front and left the back plain. The full length slit took a lot of work as well. I started sewing it to.day and it took 7 1/2 hours but i loved the finished dress and so did my daughter. x
