This is my second one, so I am better (I hope so, at least :-))!
I found the instructions for this bib on line, but didn’t like the shape of the bib. So basically this is just the idea from on-line, but shaping is my own. And terry cloth gave me SUCH a headache!!! (Probably just because my machine is so basic). Oh, and the ears – they can be taken out, as it is a wipe cloth/towel!
Terry cloth (I actually used towels and just cut the pieces out), pre-packaged binding (used a narrower one this time), wavy band, eyes and fuzzy ball bought in a craft department, velcro.

I love your bunny bibs, for a while I was busy making them as well.

Thank you so much! :-) They are so cute I can’t think of a better present every time someone I know has a baby! :-) And I love your bibs too with the matching booties and also other fun stuff you make! Your students must love you! :-)

Precious pink bib! I seem to see more babies wearing them all day now. Nicely done & yes, terry work tends to leave little bits of snow behind. But, it does hide stitching well. Loved your note earlier. Thank you. Extremely informative. Think I’ll give my daughter the “Empress” tag…so many princesses out there!

Thank you so much! I don’t think I could sell them, since a) it’s not my pattern; b) they are not THAT well made at closer inspection ;-)… But thank you still!
As for pictures, I am generally not very confident with the pictures I am in myself. Plus, the last ones (the ones of my last garment) were taken with a very bad lighting in the house. And that’s what I was mentioning. I am sure as soon as you can take yours in the daylight, they’ll be much better!

To bad you can’t sell them and make a buisness out of this. I am sure many mums would love this for their baby’s. And about it not being well made like you say, they look great to me.

Thank you, Jamila! I loved the pattern the moment I saw it on-line! Unfortunately, I don’t have the link any longer, but I am sure it can be found easily by Google-searching “bunny bib”. Good luck with the presents – the three I made were a success with my friends and their babies! :-)

So cute! I love it. I didn’t realise Terry toweling was so tricky to work with. Your honesty is a great help as I have been thinking of a project with it, too. I consider myself warned!

Thank you! I don’t know that it’s going to be tricky for everybody – it could be my machine or me being a novice. I just know that the threads on the machine kept getting “stuck” in the plate and I think at least in part it was due to the little pieces of threads from terry cloth detaching from the fabric. Again, it could be just because I am a novice… ;-)

They are a cute idea, aren’t they? (I wish it were mine, heh-heh! :-)) The moment I saw them on-line, I wanted to make one for one of my friend’s upcoming baby. Little did I know how hard it was to work with Terry cloth (hence uneven seams, crooked binding tape, etc.). But they still worked out well for my first projects since middle school (and even that was butchered – it was an apron and I forgot to put the top part “on fold” of the fabric, so it was veeeeery narrow ;-):-):-))
