This pattern is from Gertie’s New Book for Better Sewing and features shirring at the back, which makes it super comfortable to wear. The fabric is a bumblebee-printed rayon. It was so tricky to sew with because of how drapey it is, but I love the flowy, almost 1940s style feel of the shirtwaist as a result of it! And the print is just sensational!
