A new top for the PR Wardrobe Contest . I found this bubbly chiffon at Joann’s in the clearance section awhile ago, and am so happy to finally use it! I love this print. I used Simplicity 3887 View C for this shirt, shortened it to work with my skirts, and substituted the neckline with that of New Look 6785 which is not quite so wide.
I hope you like it!

I love just about everything about it – the shape, the airiness (very much helped by the bubbles ;-)), the softness of the design – great creation!!!! Good luck!!!!

Love this! It’s so pretty and has a romantic vibe with the waist tie. I love the little sleeves and the fabric.
