Bubblegum Renfrew

First of what will be many Renfrew tees for Daughters 1 & 2. I think this is going to be a favourite pattern, it’s so quick to make! Daughter no 2 rifled through my jersey stash box and selected this spotty knit (which I must have bought agout 10 years or so ago, on a trip to South Africa) and a plain chartreuse. The overlocker is getting a workout too, I have twin needled the cuffs and the neck edge, but the rest is all overlocked. I made her the size 4 (American) but she does have wide shoulders, so the next one will be a size or two up on the shoulder area, but taken in a size or 2 on the waist! I have odd shaped kids!

Material Notes

fine cotton jersey

Summer, Spring
Garment Type
Cotton, Knits/Jersey

I love this fabric, actually it is exactly what I had in mind when I went shopping for my Renfrew. Didn’t find anything like it, but another fabric that makes me happy – so hopefully I will have a few of Tasia’s shirts in my closet soon. Your kinds are lucky to have a mom who sews such fashionable stuff ;)
