Some people have asked me to make a “How To” for my “Belted Bubble Dress” creation…it’s really simple and I hope you guys have fun making it…

1. 2 yds. of 29" wide knit jersey 2. 24.5" of 1.5" wide elastic (bust) 3. 22.5" of 1.5" wide elastic (bottom) 4. thread 5. pins and safety pins *elastic measurements will vary depending on your particular size.
