Another maternity shirt same as the original but different fabric, (hehehe I’m realising i’m going to have to redo the bust area of my pattern as it’s growing too fast as well. If anyone has maternity bra patterns they know of for F cup and bigger let me know cheers)

Very pretty maternity top! I really think you might be able to wear this after baby too! I would leave it long for now, while baby grows and then after baby hem it to the shorter desired length. You really can’t go wrong either way with this one. Nice job!

I kinda like the shorter version better but kiwi is right: as your belly grows, you’d be thankful for the extra length. What you could do is hem the extra length for the time being and as your belly grows, pick the hem open and hem again to a longer length. If your fabric can take it…

What a cute name for your creation, your top looks so flattering for a pregnant figure :) Personally I like the top longer, I have a long torso and store bought shirts are always a bit short on me and drive me crazy, so I prefer a bit long to a bit short :) Also as your tummy grows out more the top will rise up so you may appreciate the extra length further down the time line. It is kind of like a short dress/long top and adds some elegance :) Well done on your drafting too.

I have a question of opinion to ask aswell, would the top look better shorter or left at this length. The first pic shows the top folded up to look shorter and the second pic is the top at normal length. Just wanted some opinions on that one before I go chopping off quite a few inchs of fabric. :-)
