The Banksia blouse pattern is too cute for words. I’ve been saving this thrifted floral cotton for something special, or at least, a very wearable piece so I’m glad I went this one. The best part is it’s great tucked in or out. The bust darts are pretty high though, I’m getting that wrinkle, so next time I’ll try and figure out how to lower them. Any tips?

Ah, the high bust darts. I had the same problem with her Darling Ranges, and I anticipated it on this blouse after seeing pictures of the model. For mine, I traced the dart directly from a different pattern so I knew it would fit better. In her recent Darling Ranges sewalong, Megan suggests slashing the pattern above the dart and lowering the whole bodice that way (but, in this case, keeping the placket length the same).
