It’s a free pattern from the german burda website, the link is below. It has a cowlneck and some uses ribbons at the shoulders and below the waste to control the shape a little. In hindsight – the pattern is so simple it would have been easy to draft it myself.

How do I get instructions in English? All I can seem to manage is German. Help!

Sorry, possibly there aren’t any instructions in english, I could see french, italian and I think russian if any of those are any more help to you. But it’s very easy to make up the top. have a look at the drawings in the instructions as well.

I see – even seems a similar colour on the pics, I remember seeing that then as well now! You’ve cut off the ribbons at the shoulder, maybe I’ll do that, the dangling bits might get in the way.
