I used a furnishing remnant for this bag – the furnishing fabric gives it a bit of body. It was rather more fiddly to make than I had thought it would be but I think the end result is ok.
Brown damask-like furnishing fabric, lining.

I think it turned out lovely…I really like what everyone is doing with this Estelle pattern. I tried to download it and can’t make heads or tails of it. I may do a guess and cut thing cause I want to try it. Sew On! Carolee
