Description

I made this bag and I love it! It´s just a few rectangles but I´m quite proud of it :). I love the fabric; they only had this small remnant in the shop. Almost nothing is left… Few people told me they really dislike the fabric and that it looks dated, but I like the retro print so much. I think it also looks a bit “Art Nouveau” :).
I also made that small felt flower.
The lining is and old fabric from Ikea, very cheap, I have tons of it (it was a curtain previously).
I have to admit, it was not so simple for me to make this… the stitching is definitely not perfect and I made many mistakes.

Material Notes

cotton, Ikea cotton fabric for the lining, remnants for the pockets

I thought I had seen this bag with you before, but then I realised it was another one, with a more geometric design… similar colours, though, I see a theme. :-)

You´re right, I have a similar brown retro bag, and I love it! I didn´t make the other one though… I really can´t decide which fabric I like more :).
