I shortened the original design to below-knee lenght instead of ankle-length. just because I rarely wear maxi dresses. I used thick collar interfacing to make the collar stand the way it should.
What I love in this dress: it’s cozy, the collar (I have a collar fetish what can I say?), the fabric is no nice and drapey and soft, the pockets (woo-hoo), the fact that you can wear this summer and winter too, with limitless possibilities of matching t-shirts, pullovers, knits, socks etc. and it goes well with almost ALL my shoes. Now, what about that.
wool/cotton fabric, 30cm zipper, medium to thick interfacing

oh another japanese couture addict. Nice dress! It has the typical fun and cosy character of japanese patterns.
