This started life as a very basic t-shirt pattern from Onion (www.shoponion.com). To make it fit better, I did a full bust adjustment (hence the gathers at the side seam) and moved the shoulder seams forward. To make it more special, I lowered the neckline, shortened and narrowed the sleeves, shortened the hemline and finished all raw edges with strips of bias binding. Phew!
