Description

Prairie style skirt. I made it with some fabric that I had previously dyed. Added a little ruffle to the bottom et voila!

Material Notes

thrifted bed sheet, hand dyed.

    The hemline detail is sweet. I also like the idea of dying down bright colored fabrics. It really opens up the options! (I have to tell you that I had sheets of that very exact print and color when I was in high school. I recognized them immediately:)

    Cool, I like that you dyed the sheet to be a little subtler. Sometimes I pass up the bright floral sheets because they’re a little too bold, but this will make me think twice. Like the ruffle, too!
