This is the dress I made for my AS level in textiles.
My brief was to design something to go on a cat walk for breakthrough breast cancer.
The dress is just a typical prom dress, made out of taffeta, the logo is all hand made felt, which took forever! I also free machined over it. It also has a net underlay.
I used a McCalls pattern, but i can’t remember which one.
