About the title: I had a few weeks of complete apathy to sewing, just couldn’t get a feel for smallest sewing task. Read the story on my blog (this goes through a few posts), and here is a post about this top
I followed the pattern quite closely, but decided to omit the sleeves and added a white satin band to the necklace for a sleek effect.
The top is a bit revealing, I will definitely consider a cami underneath, the bra is in nude and is not visible as much in real life, also recent tan makes it stand out, and for that I apologize, it is not meant to be THAT sexy ))))))

This is a gorgeous top Juliette and it fits you so well. Due to your inspiration on some of your other projects, I now have several new tops cut out and ready to sew. I am not sure if the peplum top will be right for me but maybe my daughter. I really like your sleeveless version and the white neck trim.

funnily enough I wasn’t sure about the peplum top till I tried it on during sewing. This one is very forgiving and the light fabric just skims over the body without actually making you look too big in places.

This pattern is lovely in such a sheer fabric. The peplum has a great drape to it. Nice job!
