I used my Wild Ginger pattern drafting software to draft this button up shirt. It has a back yoke, collar band and cuffs. The embroidery is machine done from www.urbanthreads.com. Blogged @ Without Directions
I used the fabric and buttons from an old Air Force uniform shirt.
