Description

this pattern #117 from Burda magazine October 2013. It’s a loose-fitting sweater top with front and . The fabric is a medium weight knit in a forest green color. this was an easy project and it would be a great pattern to use for colorblocking or leather accents.

It’s a really nice fit and style. The sewing has been done pretty well too. I like this top!

Your top looks great on you. I like the quilting. I may have to make a trip to Gala check out this fabric. Is Dresssew as great as the internet makes it sound????

thanks! Dressew has a great selection for sure, all kinds of fabric, with quliaty ranging from cheap to pretty good. I’ve made tons of garments with fabric from there. Gala always have end of roll pieces on their sale racks so it’s great if you’re note looking for anything special (also check out the $1 pattern box) I like Fabricana in richmond for higher quality fabric (if you’re looking for nice wool or silk fabrics…)
