Description

Made from Simplicity 1779 which is the same as Simplicity 0305 (my pattern envelope purchased from the promotional rack at JoAnn’s, above the pattern drawers. It is neither difficult nor a “quick and easy” project to sew. Features (1) Tie that encircles the neck with ends to form a “bow” (2)) The neckline also has a bias facing (in the same fabric) stitched over the neck tie before it reaches the front placket, and turned to the inside (3) Bust darts (4) Sleeve cuffs with 3/4" wide sleeve vent formed by a turned-in top-stitched hem between 2 back-stitching reinforced points (5) Flattering side contour/shaping.
