Thank you, it actually isn’t that difficult. Just a basic jacket slopper with a V-neckline. I then just attached either 3 long gathered rectangles from the center back to the front, following the neckline and twisting and adjusting the ruffles to my liking. They were all slightly different widths and lengths and the smallest one was cut on the bias. And the edges were just frayed… it really looks harder to sew than it was.
