Description
This is a simple ribbon-and-silk fascinator. The mini-veil is navy-blue net, trimmed with a bow, made of the same hand-dyed silk, topped with another bow made of ribbon. The feather swoops around for that extra oomph. The base is a silver-blue silk, with an off-white trim. The whole thing is about 3" in diameter. It attaches to your hair with a clip. All of the silk is hand-dyed.
