The theme for my company’s 2009 Xmas party was Boogie Nights and we were challenged to do back-in-time …..tastefully.
I sent my friend Trudi a pic of a retro Simplicity pattern and joked that I could so see her in it …..and she took me seriously.
So Mad Trudi & I went off to the fabric shop and bought some blue-purple two-toned taffeta fabric for the body and organza for the sleeves. Then we got electric blue tights……and this is what happened.
I did very tame paisley…but somehow managed to miss the picture-taking!!!! We had a blast anyhow!!!!
