I saw this fabric at JoAnn’s and had to make a skirt from it! It’s a bit different then what I usually wear but it’s so pretty __ I want to wear this for Thanksgiving~

That is a stunning skirt! such great bold fabric and I like the lace at the bottom, I made a skirt with the same lace at the hem! very nice

schickchick, on me, yes! somewhere along the line I must have done something wrong with the pattern (McCall’s M5631), and the whole thing came out a bit smaller then I expected. The waistband is exactly the same measurement as the smallest point of my waist, so it comes up kinda high!
