Description

A friend wanted to make a kimono style robe for a bridal party she is attending. We chose this blue/white chinese brocade fabric because we loved the colour. Although it is a little heavier in weight than the usual bridal robes online, I still find it adorable.

Add-ons:
Pockets on the outside
Belt loops
Ties on the inside of the robe so everything is contained ;)

The one thing I would change next time I sew another robe is cut the sleeves with the front and back side (so it is one piece) instead of stitching it with the shoulder seam because in my opinion, it would look much cleaner and neater overall.
