the fabric looks so adorable, you just have to love the dots :-)) I recently finished similar dress, (maybe the same pattern…); only made of sunset-color-like lace. the straps give a really soft and sweet look.

hi teresa, yes the pattern is from the july issue, no. 117 which is sleeveless so I took the straps from no. 118.
give it a go, it is easy and quick to make. have fun with it :-)
