It was midnight. I’d ahd 2 cups of coffee and I couldn’t sleep. So, I rummaged through the scrap fabric bin, and – sans pattern – whipped up this cute little, tiered skirt.
I’m pretty sure this type of skirt can be made using almost any type of fabric you want. I used plain old cotton blends.
