Description

I made this dress to fill a need for clothes suitable for family parties and business casual events. I was inspired by the character Jenna from 30 Rock, who always has tie neck embellished tops, and Kate Middleton, who always has such simple and chic cut dresses.

It was made from a blue textured jacquard from Fabric.com.
