This one is kind of soft and romantic. I was just dying to make something with that inner waves print, and the floral scrolls just ended up matching perfectly.
cotton fabric, poly zipper, interfacing, paperboard, pearl snap

These are so cool! Would it be too much to ask for a how-to?

Very nice! I love them all!!
Did you make your own pattern, or use a commercial one?

Thank you Tessi.
I developed this after making one from someone else’s pattern and figuring out that it is not as hard as it looks! As a home sewer, you know that while making, you imagine your own touches…so I made something I thought would fit my personality and purse-carrying habits more. But there are some lovely patterns out there.

I really like these. I love how the insides have character too. They make you want to show them off both inside and out.

Thanks! I totally agree! I think I am more open to showing off the inside of my purse with these; not just the open-purse-tilted-toward-you-immediately-snap-shut-so-as-not-to-show-ratty-lining routine.
