I decided that I wanted to re-create a dress that I’d seen in a magazine. I bought some blue polka dot poplin and used Mcalls 6503 for the dress. I added a little collar, which is not all that noticeable but I like the touch.
I used Dark blue seam binding on the hem – I love the dark blue against the light blue :)
I’m pretty happy with it, it is short – but then so was the original! I hope this will be perfect for summer, I can’t wait to wear it! More pics and info at Sleek Silhouette
