A peplum blouse for less than two dollars? Yes please!
I found this gem at a thrift shop for $1.92 about two years ago, but didn’t do anything with it until now. I’m pretty pleased with the result; I was afraid the pleats would ruin it but it turned out fine.
I sent my brother the before/after picture, to which he replied, “Wow, you lost SO much weight!” He thinks he’s funny.
