It started with a skirt but, as I had some remnants of the fabric, it couldn’t but end with an ensamble: a skirt + blouse that together look like a dress:). The skirt is well-fitted and comfortable to wear if made of fabric with elastic fibre.
Hardly I ever wear these things separately but, of course, the skirt is easy to combine with any other matching item, for example, with a self-made crocheted top (the link, where I took the pattern, is mentioned).
I like to use floral prints for shirts so for the blouse I chose the pattern from old Burda issue, 2/2002, #106.
Stretch cotton poplin.
