I’m normally not an animal print type, but I fell in love with this print. I adore blouses with contrasting collars and cuffs, and this was the first project in a while thats really had me excited! It was my first time to use button holes in a garment, so I’m pleased with the result, though it could be a bit better. I used McCall’s 6606.
Summer is ending!
Also, the blouse came untucked a little in a few of the pictures, oh well :)
It’s a little embarrassing that I don’t remember what type of fabric I bought (as usual haha).

That’s a very beautiful blouse. I’m not into the animal print either but this one might be the exception.

That blouse is AWESOME! I wish I had one exactly like that in my wardrobe. It gets me thinking about mixing fabrics.

this looks great, and i think the hardest part with blouses that button up, is to make it look RTW and not have that ‘homemade’ look about it. Looks very professional. I too am not generally a animal print person, but i would seriosuly wear this one no problems!

Aww thanks so much! :) I know how you feel, I was worried about the buttons being wrinkly or uneven and ruining the previous work I had done on the blouse.
