I made this skirt from a vintage cotton fabric I found at the Goodwill. I used Gertie’s tutorial:(http://www.blogforbettersewing.com/2009/08/sew-full-gathered-skirt-part-one-make.html)
It was surprisingly easy to sew up and I was pleased with how it turned out. The only modifications I made were using a regular zipper instead of an invisible one and to add trouser hooks to the waistband.
