I made this for my cousin’s girlfriend’s baby shower. This is the first diaper bag I’ve made. I thought they were supposed to be gigantic, but this might be a bit too big (20 × 30 × 50cm) She did receive other smaller bags as well so this can be used for longer trips.
There’s pockets on the front of the bag and inside. There’s 3 elasticated pockets on the inside for bottles on the inside. I put 2 keyring holders in, one for keys and one for a dummy. I added padding to the centre of the broad strap to make it more comfortable. The flap has thick padding to give it shape and can even be used as a changing mat in an emergency.
I’ve always wanted to try different prints together and these stripes and flowers go together perfectly.

Thank you. Two people have asked me for prices, so I’m hoping to get some orders.

Thanks. I’ve had 2 people with pregnant friends asking about it so maybe this will be a new business direction for me.

Really pretty colour combination. I’m trying to figure out how to make one myself at the moment so it’s nice to see other examples out there. :) Thanks for the inspiration!

Thank you. At first I wasn’t going to take the flower fabric because the baby is a boy. But my mom reminded me the bag is for the mom, not the baby :) And I later found out turquoise is her favourite colour.
