I have recently cleared out my wardrobe of old items and am now making some essential pieces to replace them. The first is this simple circle skirt, made from a reclaimed curtain.
I used Chie’s free pattern on Vivat Veritas which was perfect and really easy to make, only I missed out the scalloped waistband. Hoping it will be will a Summer staple!

super cute and the cut is great. looks fab! perfect curtain reuse….curtains to me are all big yards of fabric ready to make something great….sound of music when i was little made me always want to make outfits out of curtains.
