From Pattern Magic 3 by Tomoko Nakamichi, this is version A of the top on p58. I nicknamed it ’bunches" because this is what we called this hairstyle when I was in primary school. I think it can be worn either way around; with the bunches at the front or at the back…
The skirt is Vogue 8363, of burnt orange raw silk
