I love this fabric. I actually had made this shirt for me using my favorite Maryy pattern but it came out a bit large for me. I normally like the extra room but I think Maryy looks best when you get a good fit on top. I put it on Etsy. I’m going to try again. Did I mention I love this Maryy pattern? By the way, I made the body form using the duck tape. I am so happy with it. Its so much better than trying to fit things to myself.

So cute for teen too? I agree, fit appears to be flattering. You are going to get some sort of reward for environmental concern! Your decision to “use all your stored resources” has been extremely productive & everything is wonderful. A lesson (technique) we should all be following.

Oh my goodness! I have to admit that I have failed in my attempt to stay away from the fabric store. There was a good sale last weekend that was to good to past up and I stocked up on some fabulous fabrics. I should change my resolution to sew twice as fast. He he.
What are u working on?

It looks lovely and, to be honest, at least on the dress form it looks like a good fit. But I am sure that kind of thing is better visible in person. In any case, I will be looking forward to your next one that you make for yourself – I am sure it will be as beautiful as this one!
