Here’s my submission for the Collette Patterns Laurel Contest. I made it in a blue and white cotton fabric which has a pattern woven in, sort of like a houndstooth. I added a faux peter-pan collar, sleeve, and pocket details and trimmed them with mint green piping and green vintage buttons. I also added 3 inches to the length, slightly lowered and widened the neckline, and added waist darts for a little more shape.
