Added Jul 21, 2013
When I got my hands on an old issue of BWOF (01-2008) I was immediately drawn to the blouse #108 with puff sleeves and bib insert. The print of the fabric I chose is kind of busy so I decided to add corded piping to enhance the bib detail and the rounded collar.
The skirt is my second colette ginger skirt. I added jacquard ribbon and pom pom trim to the straight waist band.
blouse: quilting cotton, self made corded piping, vintage glass buttons
skirt: cotton twill, jacquard ribbon, pom pom trim
