We had to carve a pattern out of a lino block which was heated to make it easier. We had the choice of a maximum of three colours and I originally wanted lime green, turquoise and sky blue (UGH!) because it fitted in with the colour scheme of my bedroom. (Let me just add that I didn’t choose the colour scheme for my bedroom!) Anyway, thankfully the only colour they had was the blue, so I matched it up with burgundy and dark blue. Though I can’t say that this combination is much better…
Still, I was thrilled with the result :)
