Description

My very first blazer!
I used Schnittvision pattern software, a few sewing books, and lots of patience to decipher the enigmatic German instructions.
My daughter was the first victim, but I will be sewing more jackets for myself from now on.

Material Notes

Gray fabric from my stash; I suspect a polyester/cotton blend. Lining fabric from stash; crepe?

    I absolutely love this! Especially the pretty lining. I really hope one day I’ll be good enough to sew something like this!

    This is a gorgeous jacket and I love it with the higher placement of the buttons. The contrasting lining really adds a beautiful individual touch. Lovely!

      Thanks! The fit was perfect.
      The software asks for detailed measurements for each garment.

    i really like the placement of the buttons- which are which cute btw- the way they are slightly higher up would be greta for girls with less of a bust than i have… but i could work around it haha. great job!
