It took me a long, long time to finish this project but now I am more than happy with the result. I made this blazer based on the Burda magazine pattern no. 119, July 2010. I did some minor modifications: the collar came out smaller and instead of button holes I put on decorative buttons and to close the jacket I jused snap fasteners. The blazer is fully lined and at the front I added interlining with a lenghtwise thread for gusset.
wool fabric, stretchable lining, snap fasteners, decorative buttons, interlining

Thank you for your nice comments. In fact I do love this blazer and love to wear it. All the effort I put in it was definitively worth it and now I am soooo proud.

This is a classic, you will probably wear it a lot. It does look like you put a lot of effort into it, the lines are beautiful. Well done!
