St. Louis, Misso...
This lovely cocktail hat was made using a buckram frame, with black pinstripe fabric hand sewn to the frame. Vintage millinery leaves in a beautiful bold blue hue have been hand-stitched to the hat for effect. The liner is made of dark grey felt, and it comes with a metal hair clip hot glued to the liner for ease of wear.
